A very cost effecient top coat for grind and seal systems & overlays.

How To Use

Before coating, the floor must be clean and free of oil, dirt, and chemical residue.  Acid stained floors must be rinsed thoroughly to be free of any residues, and dry before sealing

Appplication

To the clean dry floor, apply EZ WB Acrylic by roller.  Apply three thin coats at the rate of 300-400 sq. ft. per gallon for each coat.  Allow each coat to dry for one hour and apply the next coat.  Allow to dry for 23 hours before allowing traffic.  Do not over apply.  Make sure concrete is cured and totally dry before applying.  Do not allow to puddle.
